Foanx collects only the information needed to operate the platform and meet legal obligations. Today that means information you choose to send us (for example, via the contact form or by joining the platform), plus standard technical data such as IP address and device/browser information.
During onboarding we will capture consent records (including timestamp and IP address) and identity information required for eligibility and compliance. Sensitive identity details (such as tax identification numbers) are handled only as required and are not displayed back in plain text.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Any analytics, cookies, and third-party processors (for example, hosting, email, and database providers) will be disclosed in the full privacy policy published with the platform.
We do not sell personal data. You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request correction or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
A complete, counsel-reviewed privacy policy — including your rights, retention periods, and processor list — will be published with the platform launch and will supersede this summary.
