Account, purchase, distribution, transfer, and dispute-resolution provisions will be presented in full and will require your explicit acceptance during onboarding before any participation. Until an offering is formally opened, no purchase of FNX units is available through this site.
Information on the site — including figures, targets, and descriptions of the FNX model — may change as the platform and offering are finalized. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Targets and projections are illustrative and are not commitments.
The Foanx name, brand, and site content are the property of Foanx LLC. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties, and Foanx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
These interim terms will be superseded by the definitive terms presented at onboarding. Where they conflict, the definitive, counsel-reviewed documents control.
