FNX units represent participation in revenue generated by real business operations. They are not loans, deposits, fixed-income securities, or guaranteed-return instruments, and they do not represent equity ownership in any vehicle or in Foanx LLC unless expressly stated in final offering documents.

Distributions are performance-based and depend on the fleet's actual results. Revenue may fluctuate with utilization, pricing, seasonality, and platform dynamics, and distributions may be reduced, delayed, or suspended. Any monthly or annual figures shown on this site are targets for illustration only — they are not promises and may not be achieved.

Vehicle operations carry business risk, including maintenance and repair costs, insurance and claims, accidents, theft, depreciation, regulatory changes, and dependence on third-party platforms such as Turo. Adverse outcomes in any of these areas can reduce or eliminate distributable revenue.

Liquidity may be limited. Planned exit mechanisms (such as buyback windows or any secondary transfer) are not yet available, are subject to legal review, and may never be offered. You should be prepared to hold FNX units indefinitely.
